The protection of personal data and the protection of personal and financial information of our customers is particularly important to us. Therefore, we process your information exclusively on the basis of the applicable legislation, specifically the General Regulation 2016/670 (better known like GDPR), the Bulgarian Act for Protection of personal data and the Bulgarian Law for the electronic trade. Please review this statement, in which we inform you of the most important aspects of the processing of your data by (hereinafter We or the Company). In this declaration, we inform you about the most important aspects of the processing of your data on our website. With it, we also inform you about the terms and legal grounds for collecting, processing, storing, using, destroying and protecting your personal information, to the extent that you do not give us your express consent to do so with it.

What happens to your data after you contact us?
When you write to us via the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request and to answer your follow-up questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your express consent!

Storage of your data
Please note that in order to facilitate the order and purchase process, as well as the subsequent performance of the contract with you, we store your IP address, as well as your name, address, email address and data about the payment method you use.
We need the data you provide to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations to you. We do not share this data with third parties, except with:
• the payment service provider processing the payment,
• the courier company with which we deliver your purchase,
• our accountant and
• SuperHosting.BG Ltd, which is our data processor according to GDPR, and with whom we have the relevant contract.
If an order is not completed, we leave the data entered for it for 30 days and reserve the right to periodically inform you about its status, respectively about your options as a result. When an order is completed and a contract executed by us on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, letters (a) and (b) of the GDPR, we store all data on the legal relationship until the expiration of the period provided for in Art. 12 of the Bulgarian Accounting Act 10-year term.

2. Processing, administration, fulfillment and accounting of your order for goods. For this purpose, the data will be processed for a period of up to: 11 years for data subject to tax audits and required for accounting purposes, and for all other data – up to: 6 years after your last order or after the completion of the procedures related to possible disputes on legal claims;
3. Direct marketing by sending information about products, promotional conditions, campaigns, bulletins (newsletter)* and other advertisements related to the activity of “Go Nomad” Ltd. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of “Go Nomad” Ltd to advertise its goods and/or services. Of course, we will only process your personal data for this purpose until you object to it.
* You can subscribe to our newsletter by filling out the form on our site. For this purpose, we need your email address and your consent to send you relevant messages.
After you register for our newsletter/mailing, we will send you a confirmation message with a link to confirm your registration.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Please use the “unsubscribe” button or submit your opt-out via the contact form on the website. We will immediately delete your data in connection with the sending of our newsletter.

Your rights
You have the right of access to your data that we process, as well as the right to rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection.
If you believe that our processing of your data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data, or if you believe that your rights under these provisions have been infringed in any way, you can contact the competent administrative authority. In Bulgaria, this is the Commission of Personal Data Protection.
