Any order can be canceled free of charge until 17:00 within the day of the order. Orders placed after 17:00 can be canceled free of charge until 12:00 within the next day.

In the case of a refused order outside of the specified terms, if the order is already processed by us and is out for delivery, the customer must pay for the return of the order to the sender’s delivery office.
