Can I return the goods?

You can return products purchased from us without a reason for return within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The products must be in their original packaging
  • There should be no signs of use, impaired appearance or staining
  • Include the original invoice or order with which you received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying document – a receipt for payment upon delivery or an invoice at your request)
  • The costs of returning the products are at your expense

Can I replace the goods?

You can exchange the products for others or we will refund their value if you do not wish to do a replacement.

Will I get a full refund?

We refund the value of the products, excluding the cost of delivery.

How and when will I get refunded?

We refund all amounts paid upon delivery only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation of the order.

We refund all amounts paid by debit/credit card to the same account (card) from which the payment was made.

How can I initiate a return?

You can fill out and send us the following standard form for refusal under Art. 52, para. 2 of the Consumer Protection Act:

Where should I return the goods?

Please send the goods back to the same address or courier’s office we have dispatched them from.

Can I make a claim?

A customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act may file a complaint within two years from the delivery of the goods, but no later than two months from the discovery of the non-conformity. For a client who does not have the status of a consumer, the terms specified in the Law on Obligations and Contracts are applicable.

Transport costs for a courier to return goods, in the event of a complaint, are paid by the user. In case of satisfaction of the complaint, ylachy.com reimburses the user for the transport costs incurred for sending the goods from the office of the courier company to the address for returning products, provided that the user has provided proof of expenses incurred. In the event that the complaint is not satisfied, the transport costs for sending the goods to the address of ylachy.com, as well as the costs for returning the goods back to the user, are at the expense of the latter.
